About This Policy
AP.LK (https://ap.lk) is owned by Anuradha Perera, the teacher of every class on this website, and is operated by his company, AP Education (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka on 20 March 2025 under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 (registered as AP EDUCATION (PVT) LTD). In these pages, "AP Education", "we", "us" and "our" mean AP Education (Pvt) Ltd.
1. Payments Are Non-Refundable
All payments made on AP.LK, including class fees, tute packs, papers and other items, are non-refundable. Please check the class, month and amount before you pay.
2. Overpayments
If you pay more than the amount due, the extra amount is not refunded. Instead, it can be applied to your next month's payment or payments. To use an overpayment, contact us with your payment reference number and we will apply it for you.
3. Card Payments Through OnePay
Card payments are processed by OnePay. For card payments, OnePay's own refund terms also apply. You can read how OnePay refunds work at docs.onepay.lk.
