About These Terms

AP.LK (https://ap.lk) is owned by Anuradha Perera, the teacher of every class on this website, and is operated by his company, AP Education (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka on 20 March 2025 under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 (registered as AP EDUCATION (PVT) LTD). In these pages, "AP Education", "we", "us" and "our" mean AP Education (Pvt) Ltd.

These terms are an agreement between you and AP Education (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using AP.LK, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Ownership of Content

The website and all of its content, including class videos, notes, tutes, papers, marks, the LearniX AI system, text, graphics and logos, belong to Anuradha Perera and AP Education (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your account gives you a personal right to view the content of the classes you have paid for. You may not copy, download, screen-record, share, upload, publish or resell any of it.

2. Your Account

  • One account is for one student only. Do not share it.
  • Keep the Google account you sign in with private and secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Give accurate details (name, phone number, address and school) and keep them up to date.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity with your National Identity Card.

3. Payments

  • Class fees can be paid by card through OnePay or by bank deposit with an uploaded payment slip.
  • Access to a class is given after the payment is confirmed. Bank slips are checked by our staff before access is given.
  • All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for how overpayments are handled.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not try to access other students' accounts or content you have not paid for, interfere with the website, or upload anything that is unlawful or that infringes anyone else's rights.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, without a refund, if these terms are broken, for example when an account is shared or content is copied or redistributed.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use AP.LK after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

We work to keep AP.LK available and accurate, but the website is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
